LOL! The "Have a Horrible Day" thing made me laugh, but that is LOW for Disney. Call them again and say "Hi. I would like to speak with the manager of pirates online". If they say please send an e-mail then say "Don't give me that! I HAVE been e-mailing you and you never respond. Let me talk to the manager NOW!" That should do it. Then talk about the horrible day thing to them. Say this "Oh also I would like you to know 1 of the 2 e-mails I got said 'Have a horrible day' and I really think that is LOW for disney. I also would like to ask what I have done so wrong. Also I would like to see what the IP adresses was that actually got my account banned. This way I can know that it was or wasn't me." IF they explain then say thank you have a nice day (if they unban your account. If they didn't say "Have a horrible day!"
