Where do I find a copper rod?
I'm on Notoriety level 5 and I've gotten everything else I need before I can get a tattoo, but not the copper rod. Can anyone help?

You can get the Copper Road by sinking any Navy ship.
( Think so... been a while  )

Any navy ship should give you this, like PirateStitch said. The level, type of ship or name doesnt matter. Occasionally, ETIC ships will also reward you with this.
