Where do I find a copper rod?

I'm on Notoriety level 5 and I've gotten everything else I need before I can get a tattoo, but not the copper rod. Can anyone help?

You can get the Copper Road by sinking any Navy ship.

( Think so... been a while :) )

Any navy ship should give you this, like PirateStitch said. The level, type of ship or name doesnt matter. Occasionally, ETIC ships will also reward you with this.

It's also something for Darby Drydock's quest - which I do frequently.
