The Gems of POF
An index of the most important guides and maps.

Pirates Online Forums has a considerable amount of helpful guides and maps, far beyond what is deemed appropriate for the wiki. However, many of these gems are nearly impossible to find on short notice. I intend to keep this index updated, removing items as they are no longer relevant, adding new gems as they are found.

Thank you - I just added Zep's tool for looking them up. No updated condensed table of them all, AFAIK. And that might not be getting updated anymore, itself...doesn't list sand crabs/rock crabs on Port Royal, for example.

You might want to call it Zep's Enemy Database. One to give credit where credit is due and two, i t only includes enemy NPCs and not the more benign ones.

Otherwise great idea.

Actually thats a good idea - since it is a major source of information. It may not be a giude, but it does have the steps in doing quests and other information which specifc guides don't point to (It actually is linked as the word 'wiki' - but it s so small and not in the link list everyone misses it - I'm sure Edward will have it fixed shortly )

I was leery of having it even there, as it is at the top-right corner of EVERY page on POF. But thanks for noticing. :-)

Much of what's on the Wiki is spread out fairly thinly, for example, covering quests from start to finish. The POF gems tend to be much more condensed. Just seems like a completely different kind of approach. With it linked twice already, I think I'll skip adding it a third time, for now. :-)

Where are the maps of enemies within each cave, that lostmymarbles put together? Those should definitely be added here.

lostmymarbles' maps are the first bullet of the Maps section (Complete Set of Island and Cave Maps...). They were added back in November. Lots of stuff here. Very nice to have them all together!
