Best choice for you is to look around. There are plenty of Large or Big Guilds out there, but not all of them be a good fit for your particular playing style and tastes. Also there are the "Not-so Big" but very active guilds that might fit your requirements and such.
My suggestion is browse and see what you like. Because many guilds will come with their hand raise and will scream "Pick Me!".
