Where do you see that ~230 people? Can you get me a link to that part then please if you did see it? Maybe you were referring to the old guild of PIC.
By the mistrust, manipulation and etc, he was referring to overall challenges that every guild faces in their lifespan, and some guilds will fall to that corruption and fail. Instead, the guild has lived on its legacy, and we shall live eternally and forever. We do not appreciate guild destruction, it is cruel and we would rather take it the adult way.
That's the gist of what Del probably meant by the manipulation, mistrust etc.
