Help with treasure chest on Tortuga, engraved pearls

Im on the part of the quest where i need to retrieve pearls for someone, and im now looking for Albertos (?) chest. I have been all over the island and i cant find it, i was hoping that someone could tell me where it is at?

look in front of the jail, on the hill next to the Tortuga Graveyard enterance, or in the woods near Cutts.
