We gather again today for another meeting of The Brethren Court. We ask that each guild bring forth [2] REPRESENTATIVES ONLY to speak for their guild, so that matters may precede a pace, and we may get underway with the Event, once the meeting is concluded. Note for Steering Committee Members: IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF THE STEERING COMMITTEE YOU MAY STILL ATTEND IF YOUR GUILD ALREADY HAS THEIR 2 REPRESENTATIVES. DATE: WEDNESDAY 11/11/09 TIME: 8:30 pm CENTRAL / 9:30 pm East / 6:30 pm Pst SERVER: KOKOAGO LOCATION: Rendezvous @ Port Royal DOCK to Crew up and TP to the meeting Location EVENT: No Event Scheduled for This Evening Topics Before the Court: AGENDA: -Call Meeting to Order: 8:40pm Central -Attendance (for the record) -Reminder: Ignore Policy Announcements: -Captain Cromwell - Be on the look out for this ghostly pirate. Mention the name "John Moses" to him and ye could be in for a reward. -Steering Committee Volunteers : Now that The Steering Committee is to be separated into [3] Branches, we will need 3 Volunteers to head up each branch. -Keeping your guild mates informed! TBC is to the benefit of the guilds involved, not just the GMs and Officers that conduct the meetings. The representative from "The Brethren of Guilds" has informed me that the organization has disbanded and that some guilds may seek membership with TBC. We welcome new guilds with open arms and are happy to have more pirates taking up the flag of pirate community participation. Hi, I'm Sarah Stormfury, GM of applying guild, Divine Legion. I'm supposed to be attending a Court application meeting, but I've been having many computer issues and I may have missed the meeting in question. I'd like to introduce myself to the Court, but I see no upcoming meetings scheduled. Is there any information someone can give me so I may be available for a meet and greet?

Thank you for the Welcome. I have already applied. I'm just hoping I didnt miss the chance to be a part of the Court by missing the meeting. I applied on the 1st i believe. I will check the calendar to see the schedule, and hopefully my guild and I will be accepted. Thank you for the information.
I have gotten the Nov 25th meeting marked on the calendars of my guild reps. Is there a possibility that Divine Legion will be among the topics during the meeting? Either way, we will be there. Again, apologies for my absence on the 11th. I hope we will still be considered for The Court. Sarah Stormfury

Announcement!
My PC is finally working again me mateys! Turns out my floppy drive was dying and crashed my entire system on boot up. The meeting for Wednesday December 2nd shall proceed as scheduled.
