PIC Flag
This is my first REAL attempt at making a flag for PIC. It wasn't too hard, only took 15 minutes using Infranview.
 The small text at the bottom says "We be more than just pirates, mate." in French. This is free for use. If anyone wants the bottom text to be in another language, just say so.
