So obviously we can all agree then that "Raven's Cove" will not be an island, it will be a group of "new" islands? and can we please think of possible names for them that are not funny. Even though it is hilarious to read the funny names for new islands. Thank you.

Why would you want to do this? Disney will name the islands whatever they please. It's not up to us to name the islands.

Basil it is called "Ideas and Speculation" I am not "making" anyone do anything.I am asking what names "Do YOU think the islands will be named?" New shrouded islands eh. They're probalby shrouded by either Jolly roger or Davy Jone's. I was talking to an NPC on LIVE and he said that, the devil was hiding the islands. Another time he said, no self respecting pirate would go out to those new islands, or something close, so probably next update is story chapter or islands.

But yeah, it does keep some people from leveling on test, but I still see plenty of people doing both on open.

I really think POTCO actually needs more stuff like these, instead of gameplay being based on a linear story and leveling system. There was hardly any "for fun" stuff at all.

There I agree with you, though I don't actually like flatulence. They should take a tip from Runescape. Pirates did all sorts of things, such as mock trials. Now that would be funny.

Personally, I wouldn't mind if the "shrouded islands" appearing were actually the original Port Royal, Tortuga, Padres coming back for temporary (nostalgic) visits.

That's something I personally wanted to hear someone say. It's a great possible guess, and I would be seriously glad if Disney did this - I'd be spending more time THERE than I would at Tormenta Cave most definitely. I personally liked the older islands better than the new ones.

In fact, if I were a Disney Designer, I would make one of the islands a kind of "parallel universe" island, where you go back in time to the old days of POTCO - kind of like a "Back In Mah Day" mode - and there would be all the gaming mechanics of the old POTCO, such as the sailing timer, no X-Marks-The-Spot, huge Goliath War Frigate, and other things. But keep the lag out...

Whatever the purpose of the islands, we'll soon see them...

Aye, I emailed Member Services and sent some feedback about seeing some "more islands" on the test game this week or this month of May 2010 to the test game please :'( :/ and they told me this: "Thank you for your feedback, for the new content that is currently on the test server." etc. I was thinking huh? This is not on the test game/server/environment. Unless they plan to release "more islands" later on this week. :/

Maybe it's the private test server where they test stuff before releasing it to public test server.
