Well....I can use numbers 11 and higher without them saying arr or not showing up on my chat.
Are there that many limited access palyers?
Sorry but it seems as if numbers work fine for me because I'm unlimited access.
But good idea to use that for basic access members.
I'd use that if I was a basic access member.

Some accounts have restricted chat access based on age/parental controls.

This has nothing to do with basic vs unlimited.
