This is not a coincidence. The other day Playstation Network is down! It was down (And maybe still is) for a good week. I know that Fusion Fall had this same problem. There must be some explanation. I am thinking that it is something to do with hackers... but... why isn't WoW going down?

Because WoW has 11 million players, and probably a massive staff that has set up cyber defenses so it can't get harmed. I do think that your idea makes sense, lumpy, as its the only conceivable way that ALL of these sites can be going down at once.

I doubt it, according to IGN a big one is having the same issues as the rest of the online gaming worlds. Apparently PSN is down too.

WoW has been having issues (of the same general idea as what's going on with POTCO) lately as well. The boyfriend plays quite regularly and reported to me when I was fussing about our POTCO issues that WoW seems to be having the same problems; he originally thought it was just his end of the game but said he's got a good number of friends with the same complaints. 11+ million players and a big ol' staff don't mean a thing if The Interwebs just decides to bite the dust.
