For people who have a large interest in the plots of things (like myself), can't Disney just tell us what the Cave of Lost Souls is about? Royal Navy or El Patron? And I'd like to know why Foulberto is stronger than EP.

Foulberto: level 50, 270k life, kills level 50 in 4 strikes.
El Patron: level 40, about 17k life, weak attacks.
Anyway, I think disney tinkered with his drops, got a bunch of commons this morning, when last night famed was dropping like crazy.

I agree, it stinks. And of course, when every other loot drop people got silver freeze, I didn't get it. I think I'm destined to never have a Legendary...

I'm thinking Foulberto may ave been el patrons first mate, when he nand the crew rebelled and thats why the ghosts are there.
