Motion before the Court:

Propose adding Articles of TBC Sovereignty to The Code

I would like to invoke Article 5 of the code the right of parlay on behalf of Black Shark Inc. for the next TBC meeting. I would also like to second the motion to propose adding Articles of TBC Sovereignty to The Code.

If Rox doesn't post during the course of the day I will be conducting todays meeting. The place will be at the same place, same server, same time.

We will be hearing the Parlay requested by BSI. The guilds that are not members of POF but show up to the meeting are going to get invited to join POF so they can keep in touch of future court activities. Maybe we will hear form Maya in regards to being reinstated back to her old position.

Guilds that were declined membership will be given a chance to reapply and take the vote to place them in the probation period. I am also thinking that the guilds that are not part of POF that want to be part of The Court should be voted in or not tonight to be placed in the probation period as well. Then have them join POF to keep track of who is in or not.

Remember that 2 reps as a max per guild. I am have less patiente that Rox when it comes to disruptive behavior.

Due to the nature of BSI's invokation of parlay, we will not attend and discuss this issue unless full court leadership is present.

We also believe that any changes of meeting topics and discussions must be put forth by the motion process instituted in TBC code to be voted on by members present, not just changed on the fly according to any one members whim.
