You try to save yourself by pounding against your chest with a fist to get rid of the Poison Pastry, but only succeed in making your chest hurt even more. You then try to prepare another concoction, but your vision gets blurry. You start fading away, and then you faint back into the deep blue seas.

Trying to save yourself Davy? Not great idea.

One day at a GM event Elmo shows up. You give Elmo a special cookie.
He eats the cookie and dies. Turns out you got blackmailed by the evil muffin pirate! So now all of POTCO is after you.
