Help on loading?

Well i have a problem with opening my game.. after the game loads and then a pop-up with the actual game comes up, all it has is the box in the middle and all it says is "Initializing..." and it wont do anything for over an hour... anyone know the problem?

I been trying here and at the site to get help and nobody cares so give up or we have to go and buy a better computer maybe. I have MSN and am thinking I will have to spend a couple thousand to get a state of the art computer with no MSN on it if at all possible.

Gee, thanks for just assuming that nobody cares...

We all have the same problem. There's no way we could help. We all just have to sit and wait until they get this thing fixed.

and you posted the same thing at three topics, and there are a lot users explaining what's the matter with the game... and now you say nobody cares.

we all have the same problem, only a few can play... and because we're testers, and not the makers of the game we don't know the exact problem. but we do know when it happened and that the makers will fix it soon.
