Game Not Loading

Hey everyone. I just loaded pirates a few days ago after getting my beta account and i can sign in but after the sign in screen i get the connecting to server and the download initializing in the bottom right. The connection fails and the download never starts. Any ideas i have tried reinstalling andjust about everything i could think off short of another computer but...

Thought of that 2 and tried shutting them both down but thanks for the sugestion i guess i will have to find a new comp to try it on
