I have 4 skill points on attune. SO I can attune 4 enemies and/or friends. I use to only have three but constantly dropped a friend when doing enemies, so I added a 4th. But be warned the voodo gets spread out to be less powerful per enemy you attune. I love to attune two enemies at once. My doll is mastered and I think I got alot of my rep doing two or three at once in Port Royal.

Attuning multiple targets, is the same as attuning a single target.
The number of targets you can attune to is controlled by the primary skill given for the voodoo doll (called "Attune Doll"). Add additional skill points to increase the number of targets. 3 skill points, 3 targets. If you have max targets attuned, and attune another, then the target that was attuned the longest (the first one you attuned) will no longer remain attuned. (attuning new targets bumps off the previous ones once you reach the max) When multiple targets are attuned, then your power/strength of your spell is divided amongst those attuned. Ex. If poke does 100 damage to 1 enemy, it will do 50 to each of 2 enemies, 33 to each of 3 enemies, etc. If heal, heals 600pts for one friend, it will only heal 300 each for 2, etc. |

You get more rep per hit you put on an enemy, and, since Attune keeps the damage split in half while doing damage to two targets, you just end up leveling faster per enemy, though not recieving (in the act) rep as fast. If you plan on putting points in Attune, the faster they're put, the better.

The responses you have gotten so far are all correct ... But ... I wonder if maybe what you are seeing at Kingshead is not someone using a Voodoo doll ... but rather a Voodoo staff ... Since I got my staff ... Kingshead has become a favorite place to use it when leveling up ... the wither spell and those soldiers drilling in the field add up to mucho notarity and gold ... I never bothered going to Kingshead when I got 'nades ... I think 'nades suck ... too difficult to control ... but a staff using the wither spell ... that rocks ... - Tito Jorge - |

Yep, you just add skill points to the attune skill. Also for some odd reason.. people have told me about seeing people attuning like 10 enemies.. I wonder if that's possible @_@

I will use my staff to draw in not only the vets in formation at kingshead but all the officers sargeants, etc in the area as well and then kill them all. This results in 7-12 kills. Someone might think of this as "attuning"... im not sure. |
