Fabiola's Unknown Quest

After attaining the venom of 10 dread wasps to cure the curse of the severed arm Fabiola tells me I have to go to some island spread some things out and run in circles. Unfortunately I have no idea what Island because it posted nothing in my Journal. Oddly there is an hourglass over her head meaning she is waiting for me to complete the quest. I am apparently still cursed. At odd times I begin to walk rather than run but no spinny thing over my head and I haven't exerted myself.

Anyone know where I am supposed to go?

i'm pretty sure you don't actually have to do this if i remember correctly. =]
if you do your next task then you should be uncursed!

Yeah, thats just some mumbo jumbo she says, but you dont actually have to do it. There should be another task in your journal to do.
