I hope I don't sound incredibly stupid, but im new here and dont know how to make a userpage site, or how to add a signature. I have only been here a couple days, so forgive my confusion.

you dont have a up (userpage) or sig (signature) unless you pay

if you would like to pay click the yellow words next to user cp where it says upgrade account

all money you pay will go to helping pay for costs to run the forums
