Boarding Glitch

I was alone sailing with my frigate and when I was about to board the Spanish Shadow Crow, I froze then I saw myself on my own ship! When I took a screenshot, I froze again and saw myself knocked out.

I experienced this issue yesterday. I came back after a long break just the other day and it turns out that the closer I get to the enemy ship, the easier it is to get the boarding message.
