sorry i didn't post this any sooner, but i wasn't sure if i'd be able to do this at all until this morning.
also not sure if this is the right place to post this, please relocate otherwise.

between the number of games i'm in, and the "traveling party" theme from last August that introduced me to PotCO, i thought i'd try something similar today. so, with any "luck", and with no specific plans otherwise (and no "drama"), i'll be at...

i don't currently have unlimited, but i'm hoping to change that this afternoon - at least for one more month

Devastated Earth* at 76 Totter's Lane** starting at 7:00p ET (4:00p Pixie Standard Time)

* for anyone that hasn't completed the first world yet; if you have, make sure you travel to "Devastated Earth" specifically
** use the arrow to go left from the main area

Lord of the Rings Online*
the Bird and Baby tavern** in Michel Delving on Evernight starting at 10:00p ET (7:00p Pixie Standard Time)

note: this seems to be a Windows-only game, but i've been playing it on a Mac using Parallels 7. the installer is *huge* (several GB), so if you don't have it, it could take *hours* (maybe even all day?) just to download.

this is actually a bit late for me, but for this one time, i'll see how it goes.

* fyi, i've found it takes me ~1-3 hours to get through the tutorial and intro and reach Novice so that i can leave the intro area.

** it's just a little bit west of the mailbox/post office area, which is north of the auction hall

I created Amethyst on the 26th of October 2008. A little too late for the founding fairy badge, but at least I got to see Tinker Bell's arrival day.

thanks for all the arrival day wishes, and no worries if you couldn't make it. it was all a bit last minute, as i wasn't sure i'd be able to do it at all.

also, sorry if i missed anyone on Port Royal yesterday. i posted Rowdy Rooster, but apparently i went to the Royal Anchor instead - not sure how i missed the name when i walked in.

for anyone that hasn't seen or been to the other places, here's a few pics:

in the first, the Time Lord robe is being given away if you complete 5 interventions on Earth. since i already had, i got it when i logged in.

in the second, the Dragonfly Cloak is from the LotRO store, and probably the only way to have anything that looks like wings in the game.
