Grey Players?

I think I know the answer already, but I just want to be sure.

Gold/orange players are Founders, right? And I'm guessing whenever I see purple, it's everything else, right? But every so often I see a grey player's name. Does this mean purple is not founders, but still unlimited access? And grey is just limited? Can limited people even be on the test server?

In POTC Online, I spend probably all my time since game opening still hanging on the test server, so this may not be much of a shock to everyone as it is to me.

Sorry if I'm a bit confusing.

The players with the gold/yellow names are founders. The players with the blue/purple? names have unlimited access, but are not founders. The players with the gray names do not have unlimited access.
