I have not really looked so maybe someone here knows. Can you switch your points around or are the y permenantly where you initially place them. I have seen talk of syphoning point to other places and just wondering if it can be done and if so, how.

They're permanent.
Which is why it's so important to think carefully where you put them. Need I say more?

I"d love it if you could rearrange them.
Also would be cool if you got a free skill point to use wherever you wanted whenever your notoriety level went up. |
