wrong sea loaded on high setting?

Guys does the game load a different sea when you load it at high setting?
because on vacation (i was playing on someone else's PC) it loaded different sea graphics on high.

P.S. My English is not so good and i dont know how to explain it very well. And i dont know if this was the right place to post this.

I've tried changing the graphic API and a few other settings in-game menu.

Success! I've finally done it. I had to run the game with OpenGL API and Shader Level 2. I ran the game with shader 1.0 level that was the problem. Although it is laggy now.
