Congrats to Alice, Nayana, and Chris!
Last night was certainly a night to remember in our guild for a few special pirates!
It all began on a misty evening on Padres Del Fuego, as word began to spread about that Jolly Roger was preparing to invade the island. Something seemed amiss, though - instead of Captain Darkskull calling upon his partners to help defend the island, Delmaria left the job to Admiral Norries Savviness, while he launched his beloved Victory Shark. He then called upon Christopher Ironhawk to preside over a meeting between the Guildmaster, and then-veteran Lady Nayana. She came aboard with dirt and grass tucked in her boots, cuts all over her body, and a big smile on her face, which is a testament to how tirelessly she has worked for our guild. Ever since Lady joined long ago, she has since become not only a friend to all pirates in our guild, but a role model, with many pirates in the guild often looking up to her. Whether she is making sure that her fellow pirate stays healed on a perilous journey, or is hard at work whipping up some new projects to show off to the guild, Nayana never stops being the partner that we all have come to love. Of course, I wouldn't make things easy on her. I informed her that because of the impending guild cleanup, I didn't want an excess of staff members in the guild. So, just as she prepared for my mallet to come down and wipe that badge clean off name, I politely handed her a request for her to become an Officer, which she accepted with a very quick, "UM, YES!" Congratulations to Lady Nayana on her promotion to Officer! Of course, with this new Officer in our ranks, I felt the need to even out the guild a little - of course, I had a better reason than that. I then turned to Christopher Ironhawk, who was shocked as I commended him for all of recent work in to making the guild better, with all of his statistics, signatures, and so forth that he had used to bring us in to a better shape. His work could not go unnoticed - so, with a tip of my hat and a click of my heels, I granted forth Mr. Ironhawk's promotion to Senior Officer, which he happily accepted! Congratulations to Christopher Ironhawk on his promotion to Senior Officer! Unfortunately, I was a little upset by something. Little did the rest of the guild know that a certain Alice Darkbane was set to be promoted to Officer, and I wanted his promotion to be the same as his promotion with Nayana to Veteran. However, his extended AFK period gave us all the chance to prepare a sinister plot. It began by some of my culprits (Nayana, Chris, and Crest) sending messages to Alice telling him to get online as soon as possible. By their words, it was an emergency - because according the story we had formulated, I was going on a demotion rampage! Alice tried his best to reach us on Xfire, and once he logged on via his phone, I quickly began badgering him like you would never believe; "You all have betrayed me!" "I don't care what you think!" "I DON'T NEED YOU!" It was perhaps one of the greatest displays of acting I had ever done! But then, I realized that none of my messages had sent.  So, I finally decided to send a message to Alice telling him to not have a heart attack, and then easily slipped him his slip of promotion. Sorry, Kyle  Congratulations to Alice Darkbane on his promotion to Officer! Each of the pirates before you has done so much for the guild, that I can't even begin to describe my gratitude. The guild wouldn't be even as close as to what it is now if not for these three, and for that, they all deserve to be thanked greatly for their actions. True Partners in Crime, they be! |

Thank you all for your kind words of congrats! It is an honor to serve alongside all of you err... wonderful people! I plan on spending many more wonderful memories with all of you!
