How do i get Custom Avatars?

I was just wondering... how do i get a custom avatar and use it?

You have to actually make the avatar, using some sort of photo-editing software/site. There are some people who are really good at this kind of thing, and they have some threads in the Creative Coffers section of the forum. To use it, you need to save it to your computer, go to edit your avatar, browse your files for it and find it.

To get a custom avatar, you must make a custom avatar.....

If you want a custom skull avatar, go to youtube.com/disneypirates, click on create a skull, then after you have made it, clikc save, then save as MSN

Kinda got stumped again. xD

Ok... so I found these animated avatars on a website. When I save them, they are frozen in place and aren't animated. How do I save it as an animation or get it on the forums to use it? Well,... I can get it on the forums,... just can't get the animation to work cause it saved as a frozen in place picture.

EDIT: nevermind... did it myself by making one.
