First of all there are NO navy ghosts & there is NO fort for all of u non-testers.

The reason people like to believe that the cave system is an abandoned Navy outpost, it because when you hit them, the Navy emblem comes near their name. This could indicate that they were part of the EITC side of the Battle of Raven's Cove.

for some reason when i fight ghosts theyre name has JOLLY there exept for kudgel who has alwasy been navy
