membership problem
first off im not even sure if this thread is in the right spot and if it isnt im sorry but anyway i had canceled my membership about a week ago and i received and email from potco saying i would be able to continue to have unlimited access till august 10th however on july 31 they canceled it and im sorta angry since they lied to me anyway i would like to know if this is normal for them to do

It is not normal at all for customer service to "lie" to a guest. I think it is, however, perfectly normal for anyone to make a mistake.
Did you call them to make sure you are supposed to be disconnected? |
