Lucinda's Port Royal TP Charm Quest
Just a heads up:
Lucinda seems to be hitting the grog a little hard, recently. When she tells you to find the Port Royal artifact buried at the gates to the Fort, what she REALLY means is that it's buried at the gates to the Governor's mansion. Poor girl. It's hard to see a good gypsy ruined by the evils of rum.

It actually doesn't matter where you dig, I dug in the dig spot closet to Lucinda and got the artifact right away.

Same here, I just dug, because I couldn't find it near the place near the fort. With the diging, it doesn't usually matter where you dig, as long as it's in the same island.
