A quest, and not a quest.
Today I recently hit level 33 and it said I had to go to Tia Dalma. I went to her and she just was talking about some carvings. Then when I exited, I saw there was nothing to do for the quest and I guess I was done. I don't get why I even went there in the first place. Is this a bug? Or is it the whole quest?

No its not a bug, that is the entire quest. Remember the "Nine Rogues", "Navy Decorations", etc? When you visit Tia it adds "Tia Dalma's Menagerie", which will give you treasure when you kill certain enemies.

Oh ok. Thank you. I have seen those other quests but I didn't know what it was about.
