what if we could have the ability to captain or control these fleets? the seas would be awesome!

Yeah the idea to me is kinda cool, but you know ever since I was young I liked new things because they were different. Many people may not feel the same as I do mate.
Ye be warned. You have a good idea though you should talk about that one. |

Not trying to knock any ideas, ideas are good things.
However, if players were controlling EITC, JR, and NAVY fleets, you would be battling other pirates. Battling other pirates on the high seas is already a feature in the game called: Ship vs Ship and absolutely does NOT need to be expanded into the realm of the rest of the game. Allowing us to purchase and use similar ship designs from those fleets however might be a better idea.

Besides, there used to be a glitch that'd allow you to control the enemy's ship, but it was fixed.
