Hex is back! (sort of...)

Hex Eater shot now apparently works the way it was first intended. You shoot a voodoo user with it until they lose all voodoo power. For a few seconds, they will be without voodoo, and then it will gradually rebuild, similar to ours. The time period is supposed to be 15 seconds, but I'm not sure it actually takes that long for their power to start building, but it is enough time to switch to cutlass and whack them a few times.

Whatever... It's not the way it used to be, when it removed all voodoo capabilities, but it is much more useful than it was after the last up(down)grade!
