Are time zones a pain?

Most of our European Friends are up at 2 am to see the guild and when its normal for them to come on its like night time for us or we are at school or work.

I agree, they are only a pain when you live on a different side of the world than the person you are trying set up an event with. It is not a pain; though, if you live on the same side of the world.
