I think this is the basic beta test account. I have one also and could only advance to level 4 and it stops. I am assuming that you will be able to upgrade when it officially opens to advance farther in the game.

Yes, they're testing all the new accounts by giving them basic access.

So with the new beta people, they can only advance to a certain level? Is that what the free basic access is going to be? If so, that really stinks
