You know the funniest thing about them, they don't do a whole day as they should. A whole day would be WAY better. Then, look at the date, the 16th was yesterday, dunno if you were in a rush or what, but, this saturday is the 20th.

Your reading the "Title/Subject" which read as typical:

<news title> <date of news>

September 16th is the date the news was posted.

Got it fixed so it is clearer. Will be more careful in the future
It says the 20th in the actual news.

I was a bum, and didn't go on... though, arguably, coming on POTCO isn't really that much work... arrr... anywhoo, I quite frankly missed it. Forgot all about it. However, I'll gladly use this chance to make it up, should I not be going anywhere. Oh, I also found those hours rather inconvenient, but sweet niblets! that's juicy.

What went wrong the last time then? I was online for the double gold weekend both times and nothing went wrong, or was it just that many people were too busy?

It s a fluky thing - sometimes the POTCO Servers will 'lock-out-' all players trying to log in - but those who are already in (as long as they don't log out) stay in...

On a few occasions - I've watched as I'll be playing on a somewhat busy server... then it gets quieter and quieter... until I'm almost the only guy standing there (?!?!?) - I go look at the server list and almost everything is quiet... then I know there's a server 'lock-out'

*Note - this is a pretty cool time though Towns are empty... The oceans are blank except for navy and other baddies so anything you need is a breeze... its a rare person that actually get to stay on

Well the server i was in (something with a 'C') was jam packed, we had to race to sink ships around Padres it was so busy (and race the clock when we had a minute left and hadn't filled cargo), but it may explain why some of my friends missed it, i just asked and they said they weren't able to log in on Sunday too. At least they're making up for it, a bonus for those who didn't actually miss it the first time around.
