Graphics issues

A long time ago I fell for the "Well it's your computer that is messing up, not our game", and Disney tricked me into getting a new graphics card for Toon Town...

My background graphics seem to load as you walk up to them... Like 1/2 the town of Port Royal is not even there (but I see the island & ships), then when you get 1/2 way over to them, they pop up...

My avatar is flat (just sheets of color in shapes, like if you were going to make the image in stained glass). I won't delete because I don't get the unlimited access screen that opens the game site...

I somehow made a she pirate (I can't play because lag only shows her but shifted to one side or the other when she is running, just too much for me to take). Her quests are messed up because I crash when I start them, but the quest is loaded when I get back in, just stuck.... But her avatar wasn't flat .
