New Clothing Quests out on open!

THe quest is Tortuga is 15+ it seems like that one is easier. Oh well. For the Tortuga quest I have to get shells from lvl 5+ Giant Scorpions and it doesn't even drop 1/10 of the time.

I can't get the quest on tortuga for some reason.
It wont even show up in the shop so i'm guessing i'll never be able toget it.

If you're at least level 10, go see Nathaniel Truehounds on Port Royal (the taylor)

If you're at least level 15, check out Amelia Sunfellow on Tortuga (taylor's assistant)

And for you Level 20+'s, visit Adoria Deloris on Padres (the taylor)

For Tortuga, go see the assistant, she's in the corner of the shop to the left of the door. She will immediately send you to the taylor
