Lagging Like Mad! Any Suggestions?

Just an FYI, what the aforementioned configuration does....

As I understand it, POTCO defaults to using a method known as "OpenGL" for its 3d rendering. Some videocards support this better than others, and most are designed to work with a now more native Windows 3d engine known as "DirectX" (OpenGL at least used to be the industry standard).

The aforementioned procedure tells your system to use "DirectX" 3d engine instead of "OpenGL". In so doing, it often improves performance using methods a videocard 'might' be more accustomed to, and designed for.

Now if the lag issue isnt a video lag issue to begin with, this will not help in the least.
