You reminded me. Our guild just encountered that very thing, but fortunately (or unfortunately) it was on one of the skeleton flags. The fortunate part was that we could down him with our pistols; the unfortunate part was that the skeletons regenerate and we nearly got wiped out while we were concentrating on why we hadn't swung back yet and then taking out the floater.

It does seem that they have stopped fixing glitches at all.

top level of kingshead is ridiculous. I hardly go there anymore. I just love running up and and taking a swipe at an eitc soldier and he runs off about 50 yards from me and starts hacking away and i'm taking the damage. Then you run up to him and he runs the other way still hacking!

and as mentioned the flying navy soldiers. But i vote for leaving the one lvl 11 guy there on padres just for fun.

Sounds like you have found the glitch on Kingshead. When you have this happen is it after you have visited the jail at the top?
