That should have been the same old EITC Corvette. It was always capable of traveling from Outcast, passed the south side of Cutthroat Isle, just about to the voodoo doll icon to the west of Kingshead. That's where it turns around and starts sailing back toward Outcast, but it keeps a course due west across Smuggler's Run until it's south of Port Royal and then it turns back toward Outcast.
I have to admit that I do feel a bit responsible for getting the smaller flagships removed. Apparently, they were deemed to give too much reward for too little risk. I liked the shuffling around, for example I think it makes more sense to have the Man-O-War at Kingshead instead of the Centurion. I wish they hadn't just pulled them though. I don't understand why the EITC Ironwall had to go at all; based on the boardings that I reported, it was a fair risk for the reward. I also don't see why they couldn't have beefed up the crew pools for some of the Navy ships, and then add something new like a Vanguard and/or Monarch flagship...or even a Predator. |
