Though this thread speaks of levels, I find it funny that this topic is brought up. I always remember the Player's Guide on the POTCO site saying that only members with UA can go to Kingshead. I do not ever remember a time when this was the case. Though if it was, that was a really long time ago.
I agree with Platinum Pirate. There should be a way to block teleports. I don't think it'd really be that bad, and I really don't see why they never implemented something like this long ago.
