Pirates.exe ERROR REPORT

I have been playing this game and EVERY 20-30 minutes i get a error report, the kind that asks if you want to "send error report" or "dont send." I have lost so much loot because every time were getting ready to wrap up a ships cargo the game GIVES ME THE ERROR REPORT! I've lowered my graphics to minimum, switched from open GL to direct x9 (because thats what my computer is) and i have compressed textures on. My computer is more than able to run this game, just last week i was playing WoW on this computer with no problems. I have since uninstalled that game to see if it would help potco run better, but i keep getting the errror report. If anyone has any advice on how to get rid of this problem, THANK YOU in advance.

What kind of operating system is it?

And have you unchecked that compressed textures to see if that helped any?

Don't bother sending the reports to disney as I sent in some error reports to them when I kept glitching on my previous laptop and they told me that it wasn't their servers or the game it was my own laptop, so I went out and purchased a new laptop and I still get error reports
