Cap. Blue/Wicked Phoenix
Ahoy crew!
I'm new to the forum. I am Cap. Blue of Bounty Hunter Guild. I didn't know about the forum until I did a little research due to an issue I am having with the game. I wonder if anyone here can help. My ship, the Wicked Phoenix, has been anchored off the East Coast of Tortuga for a week now. I cannot access the ship, and I have sent several emails to tech support. They have not answered back except to get a copy of my log file. It is my war frigate, a level 5 Skull and Bones and my pride and joy in the game. I've been playing for four years and do not want to quit the game or pull my unlimited membership. Any ideas what can be done? Thanks

There are several been threads but i think it would be bumping... I've had it happen to me twice..
The only thing you can donis wait for potco to reset servers... Or maintenance... Other then that you just half to play the game as usual(if potco kept my ship out in the sea a little longer I probably would of mastered potions!) |

hmm, I'd like to know what causes such things. I know its a very old bug.
In any case, have you tried to clear the Cache in your Pirates game folder stored on your hard drive? If you never done so, do it. Delete all except for the index files which are always located at the bottom of the folder. Advised a friend to do it yesterday when she reported that her month long problem wasn't solved. It worked immediately after I told her to clear her Cache as directed above. |
