This is the message I get:

Resource Limit Hit!
This site has exceeded its resource limits for the past hour, web traffic has been restricted. Limits are reset every hour, please try back shortly.
Common reasons for this error:

High resource usage scripts.
Poorly coded scripts.
Time to upgrade.

As we've stated in about... five? other threads on this topic, that is just a bug that occurs when web traffic on the site increases a sharp rate over the period of an hour. Just wait an hour or so and the site will be back up to normal.

This actually happens when traffic increases on the server that we share. This does happen from time to time and there is no way around it. Traffic doesn't increase it, the usage on the scripts do.

Say we all refresh on the index page, the script then has to load on the server, if everyone does it at once, the server is overwhelmed by the request to display and it will cause high usage. High usage that, unfortunately, our host does not support.

As the website administrator, I have to ask that you guys not make topics on issues like this. They happen from time to time.
