I personally think the basic access weapon level cap should be moved to 10 at least o:

Me too. Don't think it will happen as things stand right now. They did get more variety for weapons though when that was released. They also got two new Light class ships to purchase besides Light Sloop and Light Galleon when the Brig/ ship customization were released. Don't think higher Notoriety will happen until we get like 100. Like Warcraft, they might cap it at 20. Weapons could be capped by then as 10, but it might happen sooner when the long-awaited Kraken shows up.
