Ok i think I'll give ALL of the informatio in the whole Mario Series. First I'll go oldest to newest.

SNES(Super Nintendo Entertainment System) Super Mario Kart!

Racers:

Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Yoshi, Bowser, Koopa Troopa, and Donkey Kong Jr.

Tracks:

Mushroom Cup:
Mario Curciut 1

This was the first course of the Mushroom Cup in Super Mario Kart and the first track in the entire Mario Kart series which is built in September 1, 1992. It's a basic, almost oval shaped track. There are pipes to look out for on the second turn, and you can also use a Mushroom to cut through parts of the track. It also reappeared in Mario Kart DS. In this game, it belongs to Mario in the Standard MR.

Donut Plains 1

This is the second course of the Mushroom Cup in Super Mario Kart. It is a round track with a bridge after the first turn. There is also a shortcut after the second turn. The track contains a section of bumpy road that slows karts down. There is actually a pond that you can fall into and the grass barely slows you down. This track returns in Mario Kart DS. The course belongs to Dry Bones in the Dry Bomber in this game.

Ghost Valley 1
The 3rd track in the Mushroom Cup in Super Mario Kart. It was the first track in the Mario Kart series to feature Boos and bottomless pits. It is based off the Ghost (Boo) Houses in Super Mario World. The track was built in January 5, 1993. There is a shortcut here. Towards the end of the track, near the U-turn, you can hop across to a narrow bridge. It is right next to the finish line. Caution: In 50cc, your kart will be too slow to hop across and fall into a bottomless pit. To be safe, you should use either a mushroom or a feather. Also, there are about 5 or more coins.

Bowser Castle 1

Bowser Castle 1 is the fourth track of the Mushroom Cup, but in this game there are five tracks to a cup. It brought forth the traditions of Bowser's Castle's lava pits, Thwomps, and 90 degree turns. There are many jump pads and boost pads in this track.Bowser Castle 1 is the first Bowser's Castle track of Super Mario Kart and Mario Kart: Super Circuit. Super Mario Kart's version appears in Mario Kart: Super Circuit as an Extra Track.

Mario Circuit 2

Mario Circuit 2 is the fifth and final course of the Mushroom Cup in Super Mario Kart. It is a typical Mario Circuit course, featuring Pipes, many curves and oil slicks. In addition, there's a large jump that the player must complete, which overlaps another part of the track. When playing in Grand Prix mode, sometimes a CPU does not manage to carry out the full jump, preventing them from completing a lap. This can also happen to a player when attempting the jump too slowly. There is a shortcut on this track. Before the jump, you can use a mushroom and send you flying past the finish line to land on the first turn. Also, you can do the jump without a mushroom. Go over it as normal, but try to land on the bounce bar inside the crash barrier.
Mario Circuit 2 reappears in Mario Kart 7 as the second course of the Banana Cup.

Flower Cup

Choco Island 1

Choco Island 1 is the first track of the Flower Cup in Super Mario Kart. It takes place on what is presumably a chocolate road, though it may just be dirt. There are many bumps in the road, some of which cause the kart to hop. Puddles of melted chocolate/mud slows down karts slightly. Because of the turns, the biggest obstacle is the Off-Road section, which introduces Piranha Plants.

Ghost Valley 2

SNES Ghost Valley 2 is the second course in the Flower cup. Ghost Valley 2 is a tricky course because there are parts with no railings. It is Ghost-themed, being very similar to Banshee Boardwalk. The track is very dark and there are Boos flying around. Also, the existing railings on the track will fall off when you hit them, making a hole. There is a shortcut that you jump off a ramp. There is only one dash panel in this course, located just before the starting line. This dash panel is actually a trick so the players who uses it will jump at the jump pad in front of it, thus, making them avoid the Item Box. It is similar to other Ghost Valley tracks in Super Mario Kart.

Donut Plains 2

Donut Plains 2 is the third course in the Flower Cup of Super Mario Kart. This course is the first to introduce Monty Moles, or gophers, as they're otherwise known. They'll pop up from their ditches and if a kart hits it, the gopher's going to attact itself to the kart and will slow it right down. The correct solution would be to either wait, or for the impatient, jumping, and shaking the pest loose.
There aren't any major hazards on this course other than a large pool of water about half way through the course, which is only really a hazard if you spend too much time in it. If you've got a star to hand, this may prove to be extremely useful. If, for some reason, you need to turn in the gravel near the end, please exercise caution since you're going to end up sliding a lot further than you think, and probably into the wall. Donut Plains 2 returned as the final track of the Extra Flower Cup of Mario Kart: Super Circuit.

Bowser Castle 2

Bowser Castle 2 is a course in Super Mario Kart. It is the fourth course in the Flower Cup. Along with 90-degree turns and thwomps which are natural for the Bowser Castles, SNES Bowser Castle 2 has long straights and a few leaps that can put the player in lava if timed incorrectly. This map's claim to fame is the long runway that leads to an area where the player navigates around two squares with Thwomps. It is too far from the landing point to simply jump, which is why an appropriately placed "STOP" is written before the end of the path. It is rumored that this jump can be completed with a feather on 150cc. This course returns in Mario Kart: Super Circuit as the first track in the Extra Lightning Cup. Bowser Castle 2 is the second Bowser Castle in Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart: Super Circuit and Mario Kart DS

Mario Circuit 3

Mario Circuit 3 is the fifth and final course of the Flower Cup in Super Mario Kart. It is a long, almost symmetrical track with many twists and turns (even bearing a faint resemblance to the Sepang International Circuit, located in Malaysia), but no obstacles other than Pipes and Oil Slicks are scattered throughout the track. One curve is extremely sharp and can be performed best by slowing down or drifting. At the end of the track there is a zipper which should be used to take the lead.
There is also a shortcut. Soon after the sharp twist, there is a less sharp curve. The gap in the crash barrier there can be used to avoid the curve. It is best to use a Mushroom or a Star here, to avoid slowing down. This track reappears in Mario Kart: Super Circuit with the Pipes and Oil Slicks removed and in Mario Kart Wii, belonging to Baby Mario. In the Wii version the boost in it is still the old type, you can see it near the end of every lap.

Star Cup

Koopa Beach 1

Koopa Beach 1 is the first track in Super Mario Kart's Star Cup. The stage is largely surrounded by water. Cheep Cheeps make their first Mario Kart apperance in this course as hazards that can make a racer spin out and lose coins. They bounce in the water and sometimes in the sand. The shallow water will provide a slight decrease in speed, but not much. If a player stays in the deep water too long, Lakitu will have to fish them back on to the beach. One island near the end provides a fork in the road due to grass in the middle. This course reappears in Mario Kart: Super Circuit as the third course in the Extra Track Lightning Cup. It is the prequel to Koopa Beach 2.

Choco Island 2

Choco Island 2 is a track in the original Super Mario Kart. It is one of the few tracks to have Piranha Plants as hazards. This track has lots of small Jump pads and has a bit of mud which lowers traction. As most Super Mario Kart tracks, There is a gap in the first barrier you see and can be used with a Mushroom as a shortcut. This track returns in Mario Kart: Super Circuit with the Piranha Plants removed and in Mario Kart DS. The staff ghost for this retro course uses Waluigi in the Zipper.

Vinilla lake 1

Vanilla Lake 1 is a track in Super Mario Kart. It precedes Choco Island 2, and is followed by Bowser Castle 3. Its notable features include a large area of opened ice where racers can fall into and ice blocks that can get in the racer's way. The track is essentially a circle trapped inside a square and instead of grassy areas lining the road to slow you down there is instead thick snow. There are also Pipes that serve as obstacles as well. This track returns in Mario Kart: Super Circuit with the pipes removed.

Bowser Castle 3

Bowser Castle 3 is the third Bowser Castle in Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart: Super Circuit and Mario Kart Wii. It is the sequel to Bowser Castle 1 and 2, and in the latter it is the prequel to Bowser Castle 4. Bowser Castle 3 is a course in Super Mario Kart. It is the fourth course in the Star Cup.

Mario Circuit 4

Mario Circuit 4 is the fifth and final course of the Star Cup in the game Super Mario Kart. The longest of the Mario Circuits, it's a straightforward course of normal road, with Pipes and Oil Slicks as the only hazards. Similar to Mario Circuit 3, there is a shortcut at the end of the track. The gap in the crash barrier can be used to drive right through, best done with a Star or a Mushroom. Cape Feathers are disabled for this track to avoid jumping over the crash barriers and thus saving a lot of time. This track returns with the Pipes and Oil Slicks removed in Mario Kart: Super Circuit.

Special Cup

Donut Plains 3

Donut Plains 3 is a track in Super Mario Kart. It is similar to Donut Plains 1 and Donut Plains 2 from the same game. Monty Moles appear as obstacles on the track. This track returns with the Monty Moles removed in Mario Kart: Super Circuit.

Koopa Beach 2

Koopa Beach 2 is a track in Super Mario Kart. It is a plain beach with Cheep Cheeps and deep waters as obstacles. It is the prequel to "Koopa Beach 1". The water in this course slows racers down slightly. Dark patches of water populate the middle of the track. If you spend too long in it, Lakitu pulls you back onto the track. The middle can be traversed by multiple routes, including an island with a single item box. Grass populates the middle of this track. The starting area is seperated from the main track. This course returns as the first track in the Extra Special Cup of Mario Kart: Super Circuit with the Cheep Cheeps removed. In Mario Kart DS it is the first course in the Leaf Cup. The Staff ghost in Mario Kart DS for this track uses Yoshi in the Egg 1

Vanilla Lake 2

Vanilla Lake 2 is a track in Super Mario Kart and an Extra track in Mario Kart Super Circuit. It is the fourth course in the Special Cup. The course surrounds an icy lake, much like the Mario Kart 64 course, Sherbet Land, and features ice blocks as obstacles. If you hit the ice blocks, they melt, stop\slow you down, and never appear for the rest of the race.

SNES Rainbow Road

This track is an open track with several invincible Thwomps that make racers spin out when touched. There is no border at all. This is arguably the hardest Rainbow Road track due to the sharp 90 degree turns and because there is no border to it. This track returns in Mario Kart: Super Circuit, but the flashing Thwomps were removed. This track was also added in mario kart 7 as the last race of the lightning cup.

This was all the races in Super Mario Kart. I'll start the Nintendo 64 Races and finish it tomorrow.
