Graphics problems

I've been trying to customize my profile page, and no matter what I do, the background images only cover about a quarter of the field it's suppose to (it's like everything is automatically off setting to the left instead of center)...Could this also be a Firefox and Chrome issue? I've tried with both (can't get IE working right now for some reason).

I have followed all that.....It still turns out the same way ( I have done plenty of artwork for sites in forums for Atulos, KOC, Evony, and others, but haven't run into this problem where the artwork only takes up only a quarter of the background that's empty....I'm only trying to put a scroll to the right of my pic in that big empty space, and it's like the field to post is off and wont fill the whole field..I've tried and tried, but it will only post to cover another quarter of the field after my profile picture
