They give decent cargo. Not 5 royals like the Colossous flag with lvl 38 officers on it. Pretty good cargo for what your doing, then again it does vary from time to time.

Like most skeleton ships, they seem to be better for Sailing/Cannon rep than for plunder. I wouldn't say it's really worth chasing down just that one, unless you're curious about trying to track down the exact position its static respawn point.
EDIT: I even lucked into "the daily double" on Caicumal just now. They're still there too, as far as I know; I didn't take either one.
