If you are not using a Game card, and cancel, you will stay unlimted access until your next payment, then it cancels.

You used to be able to get your money back by calling their telephone number.

However, that service has shut down due to:

1) Lack of funds

2) Downgrade support services

I guess they saw people were getting their money back and still getting unlimited access time so they just did away with the whole telephone thing. They see it as:

"Hey, if we shut down this support resource, we'll save thousands of dollars not paying any workers. Good idea? *People agree*"
